The Job:

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement account development plans and promotional programs to drive sales growth.
  • Seek new business opportunities and negotiate pricing with key accounts.
  • Present and demonstrate products, maintaining strong product knowledge relevant to your portfolio.
  • Analyse sales data, monitor market trends, and track competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (eCommerce, marketing, supply chain) to maximize product impact and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate account information and ensure high standards of customer service and administration.

  • Currently operating at National Account Management level, with a strong background in managing complex/key accounts and senior relationships.
  • Experienced in managing your own account plan and P&L.
  • Proven ability to sell to and negotiate with experienced buyers and sales managers.
  • Strategic thinker with a focused, priority-driven approach.
  • Excellent personal negotiation and selling skills.
