About the Role
The National Account Manager – B2B Sales supports national campaigns operating through an independent field sales network focused on outside B2B customer acquisition. The sales model is highly field-based, with an emphasis on in-person prospecting and developing new business relationships directly within local markets.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Fortune 500 clients and the independent field sales network supporting assigned campaigns
- Partner with an independent field sales network operating in an outside B2B sales environment, with a focus on in-person prospecting and customer acquisition
- Drive revenue, quality, and operational performance across assigned B2B campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve sales results and customer acquisition
- Partner with the independent field sales network to support successful campaign execution and reinforce client expectations, product knowledge, systems, and operational best practices
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and support successful campaign execution
- Prepare and present reporting, business reviews, and performance updates for clients and leadership
- Partner with the independent field sales network to promote consistent representation of client brands while supporting quality standards and customer experience objectives
- Collaborate with the independent field sales network to support revenue growth, quality execution, and achievement of campaign objectives
- Support new market launches and national campaign initiatives
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of sales or account management experience
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a strong focus on in-person prospecting and new business development. Experience should include directly approaching businesses and generating sales opportunities in the field, rather than primarily through phone, virtual, inbound, or pre-scheduled sales appointments
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients
- Experience in outsourced sales, telecommunications, technology, or business services
- Experience supporting distributed sales organizations or independent sales networks
- Experience presenting business reviews and performance insights
