Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Multimedia Producer, you'll play a crucial role on our internal creative team, collaborating with teammates and stakeholders to bring creative visions to life through filming, graphic animation design, and editing informational videos for employees and customers. You'll advocate for customer and partner experiences, always mindful of the larger project context. Strong camera, motion graphics, and editing skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of production equipment, lighting techniques, cameras/lenses, and audio. You'll guide projects from concept to production and through post-production as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute shoots in the field or studio with creativity and mastery
  • Brings verbal/audio and visual/video elements together in order to tell a cohesive and compelling story
  • Must possess graphic design skills to support various print and digital media needs (posters, fliers, general marketing materials, etc.)
  • Must be a team player, able to manage own time, personal workload, and priorities to deliver high volume, quality work on schedule
  • Able to assign an accurate level-of-effort on any given task and responsible for raising early flags (to creative manager) before workload affects quality
  • Continuously discovers and implements new skills and industry best practices to maximize quality and efficiency of work
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Able to actively participate in team brainstorming sessions and building relationships
  • Able to work extended hours as necessary

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Video or Film Production, Graphic Animation, or related experience
  • 3-5 years experience in Video Production (shooting & editing)
  • Resume and portfolio/reel required

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Proficiency with recording and editing audio
  • Experience working with production related activities including budget, scripts, scheduling, editing, deliverables and quality control
  • Proficiency in graphic design to support print and digital media
  • Positive action-oriented attitude and organization skills required
  • Passion for producing high-quality, well-thought out work with attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively managing ambiguity and multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to interact with and communicate effectively with a variety of different stakeholders, from C-Suite to frontline employees
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
  • Ability to travel if necessary
  • Experience with Google Workspace is preferred
  • Experience with AI tools is preferred
  • Resume and portfolio/reel required

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $80,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
