What we’re looking for:  
AmeriSave is currently seeking team members for our Investor Sales Analyst team.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and a positive attitude. 
 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Responsible for providing documentation and/or rebuttals to investors for credit items
  • Responsible for the delivery of loans to investors and Agency (FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA)
  • Responsible for ensuring that notes are requested and returned from the investors and agency in the event that a loan cannot be sold or is repurchased
  • Responsible for the Final Certification of GNMA pools and reconciliation processes
  • Responsible for the delivery and purchase of loans that are deemed  unsalable and are placed in scratch and dent pools
  • Responsible for obtaining the purchase advises for FNMA and FHLMC loans
  • Provide files for MI audits and any supporting documentation needed
  • Also responsible for loans pulled for FHLMC and FNMA  QC.
What You’ll Need:
  • Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience (processing)
  • Adept in complex income analysis and appraisal and title review
  • Proficient with DU
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Government experience is a plus
  • Prior wholesale experience is a plus
  • High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).

Annual compensation for this position is approximately $65,000 commensurate with experience.
