Why Sabel Systems

Sabel Systems designs and delivers digital engineering ecosystems for DoD programs, enabling teams to connect data, systems, and personnel within secure, scalable environments. Our solutions empower programs to make faster decisions, close sustainment gaps, and meet the digital acquisition requirements.

Rather than simply proposing transformation, we implement and operate it at scale. Our method is clear: we orchestrate existing tools into a governing system of record, ensuring government ownership of infrastructure and traceable decisions. There’s no vendor lock, no proprietary baselines, and no need for ATO rebuilds during transitions.

Sabel Systems is redefining modern defense acquisition. If you seek to solve complex challenges at scale and want your work to directly accelerate military capability while reshaping the DoD’s approach to digital engineering, this is the place for you.

Complexity Simplified. Mission Amplified.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and develop high-fidelity simulation models using ANSYS STK, ANSYS engineering software, AerSim, and other advanced COTS modeling tools; translate customer mission requirements and system constraints into comprehensive, executable simulation architectures
  • Establish simulation framework architecture including scenario definition, environment modeling, physics-based modeling, and integration with external data sources and systems
  • Develop physics-based models for system components, subsystems, and integrated systems; ensure models accurately represent real-world behavior with appropriate fidelity levels
  • Execute complex, high-fidelity simulations across multiple scenarios, mission profiles, and environmental conditions; manage long-running simulations and optimize computational performance
  • Conduct Monte Carlo simulations and uncertainty quantification analysis to assess system performance variability and robustness under different conditions
  • Perform sensitivity analysis to identify critical parameters and understand relationships between system inputs and performance outcomes
  • Design and execute comprehensive trade studies to evaluate alternative system architectures, configurations, and design approaches; provide quantitative analysis supporting strategic decisions
  • Conduct what-if analysis to explore impact of design changes, operational parameters, and constraint variations on system performance
  • Develop comprehensive performance metrics and acceptance criteria aligned with customer requirements and technical specifications
  • Execute performance validation simulations to verify system meets functional and performance requirements across specified operational domains
  • Create compelling visualizations, animations, and interactive displays of simulation results; develop 2D/3D visualizations that communicate complex technical findings
  • Produce comprehensive analytical reports documenting simulation methodology, assumptions, results, confidence levels, and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain simulation tool scripts, plugins, and custom extensions that enhance tool capabilities and automate routine tasks
  • Integrate external data sources (environmental data, telemetry, test data) into simulation environment; manage data quality and applicability
  • Collaborate with systems engineers, MBSE specialists, and architects to understand requirements and provide simulation support for system design and validation
  • Handle classified data and system information appropriately; follow all DoD security requirements and classified information handling procedures
  • Develop comprehensive simulation documentation including model specifications, methodology descriptions, validation plans, and user guides
