Designs and executes high-fidelity simulation models and architectures using ANSYS STK, ANSYS engineering tools, AerSim, and related platforms. Performs physics-based modeling, Monte Carlo and uncertainty analysis, sensitivity analysis, trade studies, validation, and what-if analysis. Develops visualizations, scripts, plugins, reports, and simulation documentation. Integrates external data, supports systems engineering and MBSE teams, and handles classified DoD information.

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team supporting classified DoD programs. Own program plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, milestones, earned value, compliance, customer relationships, and technical alignment across DevSecOps, testing, MBSE, data science, data fabric, and modeling and simulation. Ensure delivery meets DoD security, contractual, and acquisition requirements while improving team capabilities and program processes.

Manages software licenses, subscriptions, contracts, program documentation, revisions, approvals, archives, SharePoint tools, engineering release records, configuration status accounting, and obsolescence tracking. Supports software configuration management, data transport networks, and technical reviews for Space Force and Air Force missions. Requires substantial configuration management experience, active DoD Secret clearance, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and onsite work in Denver or El Segundo.
