We are looking for Business Analyst.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to shape and refine product ideas
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for product team
  • Create high-quality documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications)
  • Prepare and facilitate pre-grooming and grooming sessions with the development team
  • Ensure shared understanding of requirements across product, design, and engineering
  • Support the development process by clarifying requirements and resolving questions
  • Monitor feature implementation to ensure it aligns with initial requirements and business goals

We expect from you:

  • Strong communication skills: ability to clearly articulate ideas, ask the right questions, and facilitate discussions with stakeholders
  • Solid experience in documenting requirements in a structured and understandable way
  • Analytical mindset: ability to identify dependencies, inconsistencies, and risks in requirements
  • Problem-solving skills: ability to propose solutions and make well-reasoned recommendations
  • Strong writing skills: experience creating user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements
  • Experience working in Agile environments (backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc.)
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team
  • Understanding of product thinking and a user-centric approach
  • Experience with UML, BPMN, or other diagramming techniques

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
