Position Description: 

Restaurants and retailers are rethinking how they run their business — and PAR's unified commerce platform is at the center of that shift. As our Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll drive PAR's growth across the mid-market and SMB segment, bringing our software and hardware directly to hospitality operators who are ready for something better.

You won't do it alone. You'll partner closely with sales engineering, solution architects, marketing, and service teams to turn opportunities into long-term wins — for your customers, and for PAR.

Remote - New York, Texas, Philadelphia, Florida, North Carolina, Minnesota, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois

Reports To: 

Sr. Director, Enterprise New Sales

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience of professional sales experience in SaaS or Hardware industry

  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or QSR software or technology is a must, if that experience also includes loyalty, marketing, or adjacent customer engagement platforms, that's a major plus.

  • A track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue and growth.

  • Strong sales campaign management, organization, and execution skills.

  • The ability to build positive working relationships, both inside PAR and out.

  • Sharp oral and written communication, with the ability to produce and deliver polished marketing and sales materials.

  • Strong planning and organizational instincts.

  • Fluency with full lifecycle sales process management and solution-based, consultative selling.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or a comparable CRM to manage and organize your pipeline.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or sciences, and/or

  • A natural collaborator who builds long-term relationships with business, technology, and marketing executives at mid-market and SMB restaurant brands.

  • A curious, innovative mindset — genuinely passionate about educating customers and delivering unified commerce solutions that move the needle for them and for PAR.

     

Additional skills:

  •  Experience selling payments as part of a broader solution would be a plus

Win New Business

  • Seek out and target sales opportunities within your assigned territory, driving consistent sales growth.

  • Promote and sell PAR's unified commerce solutions, positioning them against the competition based on each customer's real needs and value.

  • Run compelling product demonstrations that show prospects exactly how PAR can transform their business.

  • Partner with marketing to build regional sales and marketing campaigns that keep your pipeline full.

Build Relationships & Expertise

  • Identify decision-makers and build strong executive relationships that open doors and close deals.

  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technology in the restaurant space, so you can speak your customers' language.

  • Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and shifting business conditions, adjusting your strategy and tactics as needed.

Manage Your Pipeline

  • Own your sales and product forecasts with accuracy and discipline.

  • Research, update, and maintain know-your-customer (KYC) data for your assigned accounts in PAR's CRM.

  • Use PAR's systems to manage and track sales, leads, and contracts, keeping your CRM records current.

  • Manage your pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets.
