Presidio, Where Teamwork and Innovation Shape the Future

At Presidio, we're at the forefront of a global technology revolution, transforming industries through cutting-edge digital solutions and next-generation AI. We empower businesses - and their internal customers - to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.

The Role

Presidio is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Enablement & Training Specialist to join the National Digital Workspace Team. This is a customer-facing training role focused on helping end users get real, practical value out of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and the broader Microsoft Office suite. The right candidate enjoys being in front of an audience, can explain technical concepts in plain language, and is excited to stay on the leading edge of AI productivity tools.

In this role, you'll deliver end-user training that shows customers how to use Copilot for Microsoft 365 productively in their day-to-day work, drafting, summarizing, analyzing, and collaborating, and how it integrates across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. The focus is on adoption and enablement: meeting users where they are and helping them build confidence with AI-assisted work. Training is delivered both remotely and, on occasion, on-site at customer locations, so some travel is expected.

You'll also be expected to continuously deepen your own expertise across a growing set of AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Cowork, Claude Cowork, and Google Gemini, so you can speak to them credibly and help customers understand how these tools fit into their workflows.

This is a great fit for someone early in their career who is personable, articulate, and comfortable presenting to groups of varying technical skill. Strong communication skills and an easygoing, approachable presence are essential.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver engaging, customer-facing training sessions on Copilot for Microsoft 365 and its use within the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Teach end users practical, role-relevant ways to use Copilot to improve productivity in their daily work
  • Train customers on the purpose and use of personal agents in Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, including how individuals can create and apply agents to streamline their own workflows
  • Develop and refine training materials, demos, and quick-reference guides that make AI tools approachable for non-technical audiences
  • Build and maintain working familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Cowork, Claude Cowork, and Google Gemini, and be able to speak to their capabilities and appropriate use cases
  • Field and answer end-user questions during and after training, adapting explanations to different skill levels
  • Gather feedback from sessions to continuously improve content and delivery
  • Stay current on new features and updates across the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and other AI productivity tools
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and solutions teams to align training with customer needs
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites to deliver in-person training and enablement
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, training, enablement, or end-user support role (technology environment preferred)
  • Working familiarity with Microsoft 365 and the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Genuine interest in AI productivity tools and a willingness to continuously learn new platforms
  • Comfortable and relaxed presenting to live audiences of varying technical skill
  • Excellent verbal communication skills—articulate, clear, and able to explain technical concepts in everyday language
  • Approachable, easygoing demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to customer sites as needed
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance

Preferred Skills and Professional Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365 or similar AI assistants (e.g., Claude, Gemini)
  • Experience creating training content, demos, or how-to materials
  • Familiarity with personal agents in Copilot for Microsoft 365 and/or building lightweight agents in Copilot Studio
  • Background in adult learning, instructional design, or technical training
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment as AI tools and features change frequently
