Job Summary
This role is responsible for designing and implementing innovative collaboration and productivity solutions. We are looking for a Microsoft 365 expert who excels in understanding client challenges, particularly in the legal industry, and can leverage the full Microsoft 365 ecosystem to deliver tailored results. Do you have deep expertise in SharePoint, Teams, and related M365 tools? Can you balance strong technical skills with proactive, client-focused business acumen to empower organizations to work smarter and more efficiently? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? If you answered yes to these questions, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
This role focuses on implementing Infodash as a productized intranet and extranet solution built on Microsoft 365 technologies. Consultants in this role should have a solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, the ability to execute approved designs using out-of-the-box Infodash and M365 capabilities, configure integrations, and deliver standardized training—ensuring high-quality, repeatable deployments for legal clients.
- Client Enablement & Solution Execution: Partner with legal firms to implement Infodash using standard, out-of-the-box capabilities. Translate approved use cases into configured Infodash experiences, ensuring consistency, speed, and alignment with the Infodash product model.
- Infodash Platform Implementation: Configure and deploy Infodash solutions built on Microsoft 365, primarily leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and related services as the underlying technology. Responsibilities include site collection setup, page and web part configuration, template application, navigation, permissions, and data connections in accordance with established Infodash patterns and guardrails.
- Data & System Integration Configuration: Implement and validate Infodash integrations with Microsoft 365 and approved third-party systems such as firm directories, calendars, financial data sources, and client/matter management systems. Focus on configuration and connectivity rather than custom development, ensuring integrations align with supported Infodash capabilities and performance expectations.
- Product-Led Adoption & Training Delivery: Deliver Infodash training using existing, standardized training materials, documentation, and enablement assets. Facilitate administrator and end-user training sessions that emphasize how Infodash works, how it fits into daily legal workflows, and how clients can self-manage content and features post-launch.
- Governance, Security & Product Guardrails: Guide clients toward Microsoft-recommended best practices for Microsoft 365 governance as they relate to Infodash implementations, including permissions, information architecture, external collaboration, and risk considerations in legal contexts.
- Cross-Functional Delivery Collaboration: Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure implementations are consistent, supportable, and scalable. Provide feedback from delivery to inform continuous improvement of Infodash templates, training materials, and implementation practices.
