Luxury Presence is a VC-funded prop tech startup. We’re building a marketing SaaS platform for real estate agents and brokers. We’re in search of a VP of Marketing to lead our front line efforts to further build an iconic brand, drive growth, and scale our business. This is a tremendous opportunity for a proven marketing leader.

You’re gifted at:
-Product Marketing, your marketing has its foundation in GTM and you are passionate about connecting our current and potential customers to the products and services that will enable them to grow their businesses
-Recruiting and developing a team of great marketers
-Being strategic, curious, and data driven
-Leveraging your great taste to guide spectacular marketing campaigns
-Working creatively with your team to develop a holistic and compelling brand strategy 
-Building relationships internally with peers and reports as well as externally with partners and vendors
-Working with a strong attention to detail and erring on the side of perfectionism
-Constructing and executing customer marketing strategies that drive retention gains and upsells

You have:
-10+ years experience leading marketing teams at successful software businesses
-Bountiful industry exposure allowing you to craft effective marketing strategies for B2B customers
-A passion for real estate and helping realtors
-Demonstrated success working across an executive function to drive long-term, high-level business strategy
-A knack for leading with data, while incorporating strong instincts into decision making
-A successful track record of marketing leadership that makes you an effective recruiter, people want to follow you to their next great opportunity 

You command:
-An obsession with CAC, and use it to be your north star to develop and execute predictable and scalable marketing strategies
-The ability be the driving force when it comes to the creation of exceptional content that differentiates your products from the competition
-The ability to work hand-in-hand with product and sales to move in unison on product releases and maximize opportunity

Your opportunities for impact:
-Hire a team of exceptional marketing specialists for content, social, community, brand, paid, and email within 6 months
-Grow our qualified meetings to help us hit our sales goals
-Generate upwards of 60% of our total sales target from inbound marketing every quarter
-Increase customer referrals and help the company maximize NPS

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

‘Creativity’ is at the heart of any innovative company and a core part of the design function. I don’t believe there is a specific formula for a creative process: each person needs to develop their own. I think there are a few factors that help foster a creative culture: clarity (the "why"), flexibility (trust and space), and curiosity.
