Role Overview

Envision Horizons is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our revenue marketing, brand, and client acquisition efforts. In this entry-level role, you will work across channels to help execute campaigns, create content, support events, and contribute to visual and video assets. You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing & Sales teams to bring our story to life and generate high-quality interest from prospective clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Build and manage segmented email campaigns and drip sequences across our 15K+ contact list

  • Develop pre and post-event email nurture flows to support sales and business development

  • Evolve our newsletter from a content asset into a lead generation tool with clear CTAs

  • Support webinar production, promotion, follow-up communication, etc

  • Contribute to social media management and scheduling

  • Assist with blog and SEO content production

  • Design and adapt visual assets (social graphics, one-pagers, simple presentation slides) using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Edit short-form video content for social, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership, including basic cuts, captions, and simple motion or transitions.

  • Assist with reporting by pulling data from marketing and sales tools and preparing simple performance summaries.

  • Conduct light market, competitor, and prospect research to inform campaigns, content ideas, and targeting.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-4 years of experience in marketing, with some hands-on email marketing experience (internships count)

  • Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar

  • Strong written communication skills and interest in creating clear, compelling marketing content.

  • Hands-on experience designing basic marketing assets (social posts, flyers, simple slide decks) in a modern design tool.

  • Foundational video editing skills, with experience creating short-form content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

  • Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets and basic dashboards, with curiosity about how metrics connect to pipeline and revenue.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and excited to partner with Sales, Service, and other teams.

  • Eager to learn about B2B marketing, demand generation, and performance-driven campaigns.

  • Experience in ecommerce or in marketing/advertising services at an agency is a strong plus.
