Job Description

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will coordinate campaigns and client deliverables across multiple accounts, keeping teams aligned on scope, timelines, priorities and dependencies. You will work closely with account managers, strategists, designers, writers, SEO and paid media specialists to keep projects moving and ensure work is delivered to a high standard.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage timelines, deliverables and dependencies across multiple marketing projects

  • Coordinate work between creative, content, SEO, paid media and other specialists

  • Translate client requirements into clear project plans, tasks and deadlines

  • Track project progress and proactively address risks, blockers and changes in scope

  • Keep internal teams and clients aligned on priorities and delivery expectations

  • Facilitate project meetings and provide clear status updates

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

  • Ensure final deliverables meet agreed requirements and are ready for client review

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a marketing agency or digital environment

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects

  • Strong understanding of project planning, timelines, dependencies and scope management

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Comfortable managing changing priorities and raising risks early

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep projects moving without constant supervision

  • Comfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp or similar

NICE TO HAVE
Digital marketing agency experience; Agile or other project management methodology experience; familiarity with SEO, paid media, content and creative workflows; client-facing experience; and relevant project management certification.
