The Marketing Operations Manager is a strategic role focused on optimizing marketing efforts through technology, processes, and data. This role ensures that marketing campaigns are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals. Key responsibilities include managing the marketing technology stack, overseeing marketing automation including integrations with sales tech stacks, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for improved automation and efficacy of campaigns across channels.

Essential Functions
  • Technology Management: Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools).
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient marketing workflows and processes.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Manage data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting to track campaign performance and inform decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, IT, Product, and other departments to align marketing technology efforts to ensure smooth execution.
  • Tactical Implementation: Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered efficiently with a focus on automation, analytics, and reporting.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and other relevant policies.
Required Skills, Abilities, and Competencies
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies including but not limited to:
    • HubSpot Marketing Enterprise
    • Salesforce
    • Google Analytics
    • Google AdWords & Microsoft Advertising
    • LinkedIn Campaigns
    • WordPress
    • Qualified (or other relevant website chat & AI tools)
    • Looker Studio (or other relevant dashboard tools)
    • ZoomInfo
    • Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to align marketing technology efforts with overall marketing strategy and goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and technical aptitude.
  • Curiosity and a learning mindset are a must
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with core elements of marketing tech stack or similar technologies
  • Experience managing or working within additional marketing tools or software would be considered a plus but not required:
