Key Responsibilities

  • You will own and manage the marketing technology stack, including automation, CRM integrations, attribution, and reporting systems.

  • You will design and maintain dashboards and reporting that track funnel performance, conversion rates, spend efficiency, and ROI across programs and channels.

  • You will partner with Demand, Digital, Product Marketing, and Business Development to ensure clean handoffs, consistent definitions, and shared performance metrics.

  • You will manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and spend-to-plan tracking, ensuring accountability and capital efficiency.

  • You will operationalize campaign execution, including timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.

  • You will support experimentation and optimization by enabling A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.

  • You will work closely with RevOps to align data models, lifecycle stages, and attribution logic.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • You have 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • You have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools.

  • You are highly analytical and comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.

  • You understand modern GTM motions, including PLG, SLG, and hybrid models.

  • You have experience building processes and systems in high-growth, evolving environments.

You Are

  • A believer in Vivun’s core values: Set the Standard. Take Ownership. Stay Curious. Fast & Focused.

  • Comfortable in high-growth startup environments: You operate effectively when priorities evolve and clarity needs to be created rather than inherited.

  • Highly collaborative: You work seamlessly across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations, aligning stakeholders and driving shared outcomes.

  • A clear, structured communicator: You bring discipline and rigor to execution, ensuring plans, expectations, and decisions are well understood.

  • A proactive problem solver: You anticipate issues early and design systems and processes to prevent problems before they arise.

  • Self-directed and accountable: You thrive in a remote-first culture, take ownership of your work, and consistently follow through.

What You Will Have At Vivun

  • Competitive salary and full health benefits

  • Stock Options at a well-funded, pre-IPO company on a fast growth track

  • Flexible work schedules and work from anywhere at a fully remote company

  • Unlimited PTO with two weeks designated as “quiet period” each year

  • An experienced team that will fight beside you in the trenches to accomplish your goals
