We are is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our wider Operations team and serve as the operational backbone for Marketing. This role ensures flawless execution of marketing initiatives while aligning cross-functionally with other teams. You will turn ideas into reality through structured processes, meticulous follow-through, and scalable systems that free the Marketing team to focus on strategy and creative work.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain content calendars and production workflows across all channels.
- Create repeatable processes for partnership announcements, research content, and product updates.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts for interviews, quotes, and blog contributions.
- Manage content approval workflows and ensure timely sign-offs from stakeholders.
- Track content performance and maintain documentation of all published materials.
- Build and maintain partnership tracking systems and co-marketing calendars.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between partners and internal teams.
- Create standardised processes for partner onboarding and campaign execution.
- Manage partnership deliverables, timelines, and mutual obligations.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for marketing-related partner activities.
- Design and implement marketing operations playbooks and SOPs.
- Create and maintain project tracking systems, checklists, and templates.
- Drive accountability across teams, following up on blockers and dependencies.
- Facilitate internal alignment through structured communication frameworks.
- 3+ years in marketing operations, project management, or similar coordination roles.
- 1+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 or a strong understanding of the ecosystem.
- Exceptional organisational skills and obsessive attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Linear, etc.).
- Strong written communication and ability to interface with technical teams.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with crypto marketing (community, Discord, developer marketing).
- Experience at a pre-launch or early-stage crypto project.
- Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of L1/L2 blockchain ecosystems and developer marketing.
