Marketing Operations Lead, North America, Studio Business Group, SIE 


As the Marketing Operations Lead in North America, you will be responsible for guiding our live service titles to on-time, on-budget, and high-quality and campaign launches. This role will ensure the successful execution of the live service go-to-market strategy in alignment with the organization’s overall business goals. They will be working closely with leaders in Development, Marketing, Publishing, and Creative teams to ensure our releases launch successfully while balancing resources sustainably. This leader will forecast cross-functional resource needs for their respective titles, build and optimize cross-functional process, develop live service publishing best practices, and drive stakeholder alignment across the organization. 


Responsibilities 

  • Partner with Marketing lead to validate go-to-market plans to allocate appropriate resourcing across all teams, internally and externally 

  • Single point of contact for the product GTM roadmap, owning resource forecasting and change management across teams 

  • Foster strong relationships between Development and Publishing teams to advocate for the needs of the product, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and clarity on dependencies throughout the validation and execution processes 

  • Establish and drive cross-organizational working groups to execute against GTM plans 

  • Track all projects across concurrent live service campaigns 

  • Administer, manage, and reconcile team budgets, collaborating with Marketing and Finance accordingly 

  • Hold internal and external teams accountable to GTM tactical plans, escalating issues as necessary 

  • Escalate portfolio resourcing conflicts and risks to leadership 

  • Proactively mitigate risks and resolve misalignments between Publishing groups 


Required Skills 

  • Proven leadership experience in AAA games publishing  

  • Strong production skills, with the ability to identify and build new collaboration, evaluation, and risk-mitigation processes where needed 

  • Capacity to evaluate competing creative, schedule, and business constraints 

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams effectively in dynamic environments 

  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization 

  • Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail 

  • Ability to work effectively across time zones with globally distributed teams 

  • Process driven, able to create and update existing processes 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high “EQ”
