What You'll Do

As the Marketing Operations and Analytics Program Manager, you’ll work closely with the Customer Engagement, GTM Systems, and wider Marketing team. You will own the analysis that informs how Marketing builds, measures, optimizes and scales marketing programs to drive growth. You’ll be responsible for measuring and evaluating marketing performance, supporting demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns, informing strategic planning and budgeting, and enhancing overall marketing process, technology, and workflow.

We are seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Operations professional who can apply AI and machine learning to automate marketing workflows, optimize lead targeting and routing engines, and transform complex system data into predictive pipeline insights.

  • Campaign Operations; Build, launch, QA, and measure campaigns across marketing automation and CRM systems, ensuring consistent campaign taxonomy, tracking, and reporting.

  • Goal Setting and Reporting; develop and maintain measurement plans that contain benchmarks and goals for each upcoming program or campaign.

  • Performance Measurement; monitor performance and marketing attribution of content, channels, and campaigns. Develop insights, make recommendations and implement continuous optimizations across funnel and lifecycle (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline).

  • Data Infrastructure; own, maintain and improve our marketing data systems and reporting. Work with internal teams to manage the health of our database, automatic reports, and dashboards.

  • Segmentation; manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects.

  • Lead Management; own the marketing side of lead management processes, including lead scoring and routing into sales systems.

  • Data Management; work closely with internal teams to ensure data is syncing seamlessly across systems for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.

  • Process Management; identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective and data-driven in daily work and drive alignment within the department and across teams.

What We Believe are Important Traits for This Role
  •  B2B Tech marketing experience with at least 5+ years of advanced experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.

  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.

  • Demonstrated experience and comfort with web analytics, CRM tools, SQL, Google Sheets/Excel, and go-to-market systems.

  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools and machine learning algorithms to automate complex workflows, optimize lead routing, and build predictive model frameworks.

  • Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and other lead/customer management practices.

  • A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.

  • Demonstrated experience owning and running the governance of large marketing automation platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with a proven track role in breaking down organizational silos to build unified, end-to-end operational systems. A proactive attitude towards ownership and accountability, especially when working across teams.

  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.

  • Working knowledge of GDPR and other privacy and marketing relevant regulations.

  • Experience with product-focused analytics, especially in the context of a developer technology platform, is beneficial. Specifically this looks like experience with how to measure developer journeys from registration and first API call through activation, qualification, and paid conversion.
