Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:

  • Build strong relationships with assigned external partners, internal functional groups, and other key stakeholders
  • Share and communicate marketing plans for partner accounts
  • Conduct regular marketing reviews and presentations with internal and external constituents
  • Manage and maintain all marketing and advertising assets for assigned university partners
  • Manage a Marketing Project Specialist to ensure all projects are submitted accurately in project management platform
  • Create and maintain foundational messaging documents including basic competitive research, value propositions, editorial guides and creative briefs for all assigned accounts

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position may manage the following positions: Marketing Coordinators or Specialists and/or Marketing Project Managers.

Experience/ Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA a plus but not required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or related field. Specific background must include marketing experience within multiple channels, such as digital marketing, social media, print, paid search, television and radio.
  • Demonstration of managing client expectations and working with external stakeholders
  • Ability to plan a campaign within budget, from conceptualization to implementation and success measurement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to senior management.
  • High attention to detail and proven record of independently managing a high volume of tasks and timelines
