About WarpWare

WarpWare is transforming how engineering teams build and deploy embedded and mission-critical software. Our platform helps organizations reduce development time, improve collaboration, and bring complex products to market faster—without compromising the rigor these environments demand.

We are focused on the space industry, where engineering teams are under increasing pressure to move quickly while managing complex systems, demanding requirements, and limited resources. As WarpWare grows, we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead who can understand what we are building, uncover the value behind it, and translate those insights into content and campaigns that resonate with the people we want to reach.

About the Role

As WarpWare’s Marketing Lead, you will own the day-to-day execution of our marketing programs, with a particular focus on content and product storytelling.

This is a hands-on role at a small, growing company. You will not be joining a large marketing department with narrowly divided responsibilities or layers of production support. You should enjoy taking a project from an initial conversation or brief through writing, building, publishing, and promotion.

You will work closely with company leaders, engineers, customers, and WarpWare’s Fractional VP of Marketing to understand our product, technical capabilities, use cases, market, and roadmap. You will ask thoughtful questions, identify the most important threads, and translate highly technical ideas into clear, credible stories about customer challenges and business value.

The majority of your time will be spent creating content grounded in the product, market, and expertise of the WarpWare team. You will also turn established marketing priorities into campaigns, manage key channels, support events and announcements, and help bring WarpWare’s story to the market consistently.

What You’ll Do

Develop content and tell the product story

  • Build a strong working knowledge of WarpWare’s product, technical capabilities, customers, use cases, and industry.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Create blog posts, thought-leadership articles, customer stories, use-case content, product and company announcements, emails, landing pages, social content, presentations, and webinar materials.

Execute campaigns and manage marketing channels

  • Turn established marketing priorities and campaign plans into coordinated, well-executed programs.
  • Create emails, landing pages, forms, social posts, and other supporting campaign assets.
  • Develop campaign and advertising copy and create straightforward visual assets, coordinating with outside creative partners when specialized support is needed.
  • Help monitor campaign activity and share observations that can improve future content and execution.

Support events and company communications

  • Support WarpWare’s presence at conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other industry events.
  • Coordinate event content, promotional materials, and follow-up communications.
  • Help communicate product announcements, partnerships, customer wins, company news, and other timely developments.

You might thrive in this role if you…

  • Are an exceptional writer and editor who can adapt your communication for technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Have experience translating complex products, capabilities, or subject matter into clear and credible marketing content.
  • Enjoy both shaping an idea and doing the hands-on work required to bring it to life.
  • Can independently manage projects from an initial brief through review, production, and publication.
  • Are comfortable moving between formats and channels, rather than specializing in only one type of marketing execution.
  • Are resourceful, proactive, organized, and willing to learn what you do not already know.
  • Look for practical ways to use AI and automation to scale marketing efforts while protecting the human insight, judgment, accuracy, and creativity that make marketing effective.
  • Want to make a visible contribution at a small company and grow alongside the business.
  • Are excited about the space industry and the opportunity to help shape how new technology is understood and adopted.

We are especially interested in candidates who have marketed technical B2B software, developer tools, embedded systems, aerospace or defense technology, industrial technology, or similarly complex products. Direct space-industry experience is valuable, but it is not required.

Experience executing digital campaigns or working with tools such as HubSpot, Canva, content-management systems, email platforms, or AI-enabled marketing tools is helpful. However, we care more about your ability to learn, communicate, execute, and produce excellent work than whether you have used a particular platform before.

If you can demonstrate the capabilities needed to succeed in the role, we encourage you to apply.

What Success Could Look Like

Within your first year, you will have:

  • Developed a strong understanding of WarpWare’s product, customers, market, and technical subject matter.
  • Built productive working relationships with company leaders, engineers, customers, and marketing partners.
  • Established a consistent cadence of credible, high-quality content.
  • Helped WarpWare communicate its technical capabilities and business value more clearly.
  • Reliably turned marketing priorities into completed content, campaigns, and company communications.
  • Expanded WarpWare’s visibility and engagement among the audiences it most wants to reach.
  • Introduced thoughtful uses of AI and automation that make marketing more efficient without lowering its quality.

Role Details

  • Full-time position based in the Denver area
  • Regular in-person collaboration with the WarpWare team, with flexibility to work from home on occasion
  • Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
  • Compensation: $80,000 to $110,000
  • Benefits and equity: 401(k), Health Insurance, and meaningful equity are included
  • In-office expectations: 3 to 5 days a week
  • Travel expectations: Less than 10% of the time

Why Join WarpWare?

This is an opportunity to play an important role in how an emerging technology company communicates with the market. You will have direct access to company leaders, engineers, customers, and product developments—and the ability to turn those insights into marketing that has a visible impact on the business.

You will join at a stage when WarpWare’s marketing foundation is actively being built. That means you will have room to contribute ideas, shape how the work gets done, expand your capabilities, and make a meaningful mark on the company’s growth.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume to [email protected] along with examples of content or marketing work that demonstrate your writing, communication, and ability to make complex ideas understandable. We are particularly interested in understanding what you personally contributed to each example.
