What You'll Do
- Assist in the organization and deployment of new marketing campaigns by collaborating with partner, content and lifecycle marketing managers. Projects may include:
- Supporting the launch of a new partner co-marketing campaign from planning to execution
- Contributing to the renewal lifecycle strategy through auditing and optimizing transactional email flows.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations by gaining exposure to common marketing tools and platforms
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, research emerging marketing strategies and technologies, and contribute to the development of market research reports
- Review content inventory, support the execution of content creation across channels, track content performance reports, and analyze emerging content trends for potential impact
- Analyze campaign data to identify anomalies and opportunities for improvement, document campaign performance findings, and support the development of dashboards and reports
- Research content and assist in the development of department guidelines and custom marketing campaigns for target audiences
- Assist in gathering evidence for marketing audits and compliance assessments (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Support in project management, coordinating cross functional stakeholder input, operationalizing meeting cadences and maintaining timelines
- Participate in marketing team meetings and training to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development
- Consistently model Identity Digital Values in all interactions and decisions
Who You Are / What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts (digital, lifecycle, partner, and content marketing; social media)
- Familiarity with common marketing tools, including automation tools like Klaviyo
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Wrike, Monday
- Familiarity with marketing and brand management frameworks and standards such as AIDA, SWOT, and Porter's Five Forces an asset
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
- Proactive and enthusiastic learner eager to apply marketing principles in a real-world setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented with a keen eye for market trends and customer engagement
- Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization (when applicable)
- Ability to travel as needed
- Reliable transportation to the workplace
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
