We are looking for a Marketing Finance Operations Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
The Marketing Finance Operations Program Manager will collaborate with a key account team to manage a significant worldwide marketing investment budget. The role requires a blend of financial management and communication skills, working closely with internal stakeholders and external hardware partner stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial operations, marketing finance, procurement, or program management within a corporate or enterprise environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Mercury ECP or equivalent enterprise financial reporting tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, and charting for financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of purchase orders (POs), including creation, tracking, extension, and alignment with fiscal calendars.
- Proven experience in vendor onboarding processes, ensuring correct project/internal order alignment and compliance with internal procurement workflows.
- Experience leading monthly and quarterly accrual processes, including coordination with AP/Finance and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Ability to track budget changes and financial transactions with accuracy, ensuring timely and error-free reporting.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills to support high-volume, detail-intensive work.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a large, matrixed organization, preferably in technology or marketing-driven environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement and vendor systems such as GSR Tool, ProcureWeb/MyOrder, and MSInvoice (or similar).
- Strong understanding of fiscal year transition planning, including setup of cost centers, internal orders (IOs), and budget realignment.
- Proven ability to identify trends in under/overspending and recommend corrective actions.
- Experience developing or refining automated financial reporting templates or dashboards.
- Exposure to marketing finance operations, including discretionary and revenue-adjusted budgeting frameworks.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $35 t0 $36.06/hr. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
