You’ll own Aria InsurTech’s marketing department end to end. That means the paid ads that bring in new agents, the emails and texts that turn them into customers, the webinars where we launch our programs, and the social media content our team puts out. You’ll plan campaigns with our leadership team, lead the team that creates them, and be the person responsible for the results.

Compensation
  • $100,000 – $130,000 / year, based on experience

Who this is for
  • You like moving fast with a lean team of A-players

  • You love finding the ad that beats all the others

  • You know what makes people open an email, click and buy

  • You’re full of campaign ideas

  • You can turn a big idea into a clear plan your team can run with

  • You want to see your work show up in sales

Our Core Values

We hire for these values, we manage by them, and we part ways with people who break them.

  • Relentless Accountability — We take full ownership of our work and results, with no excuses and no blaming others.

  • Uncompromising Execution — We move fast and do excellent work, and if it isn’t excellent, it isn’t done.

  • Bulletproof Integrity — We’re honest, and we do the right thing even when it’s hard.

What we offer you
  • Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the US or Canada.

  • You’ll run your own department, with support from our leadership team.

  • You’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team.

  • You’ll join a company on the path to major growth.

  • Your role can grow as the company grows.

We’re building to become the number one platform for life insurance agents in North America

Aria InsurTech was started by life insurance agents, for life insurance agents. We help agents find clients and grow their business. Agents use our platform to buy leads, which are people interested in buying life insurance. They can also join our training programs, which teach them how to turn those leads into sales. Our CEO, Vivian Weyll, sold life insurance herself and built a team of 56 agents. Our training is built on her system. You’ll fit here if you take ownership of your work and want to grow with the company.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full marketing department: set the plan with our leadership team, carry it out and answer for the results.

  • Set up and run our paid ads with your team, and keep testing new ones.

  • Plan and run our email and text campaigns, from a new lead’s first message to their repeat orders.

  • Run the marketing for our webinars and new product launches, working with our sales team and Director of Product.

  • Lead our content and social media strategy with your content team.

  • Handle PR and company communications.

  • Make sure everything we put out matches our brand and our tone of voice.

  • Track the KPIs that matter, like cost per lead, cost per sale and return on ad spend, and report them to leadership.

The Role — Marketing Director

You run the marketing department and you’re responsible for its results. You work with our leadership team on what to do next.

  • Paid ads. Plan, launch and test our paid ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, track what each lead and sale costs, and move budget to the ads that work.

  • Emails, texts and webinars. Plan the emails and texts we send agents from signup to first order and after, and run the marketing for our webinars and launches. Our copywriter writes them with you, and our GoHighLevel specialist sets them up in GoHighLevel, the software we use for emails, texts and web pages.

  • Brand and content. Decide how Aria talks to agents and which messages get them to act. Work with your team on our social content, including the videos our CEO films, and review everything before it goes out.

  • Running the team. Turn the plans you agree on with leadership into clear tasks. Check progress during the week, help anyone who’s stuck, and do the work yourself when needed.

  • Why it matters. When our marketing works, more agents sign up and buy, and the whole company grows.

Requirements
  • 7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years leading a team.

  • Paid ads. You’ve used paid ads to help scale a business from 7 to 8 figures in revenue.

  • Emails and texts. You’ve run email and text campaigns that turned leads into buyers.

  • Strong writing. You write clear, persuasive copy for US buyers.

  • Design sense. You can tell a designer exactly what to change and keep the brand consistent.

  • Tracking KPIs. You know which numbers show whether marketing is working, and you track them closely.

  • Tools. You’ve worked with GoHighLevel and project tools like Monday.com.

  • Bilingual. You speak and write English and Spanish fluently.

We move fast and hold a high standard. If that sounds like you, apply.
