We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our global marketing and communications team. This junior-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers and systems, and is eager to learn the inner workings of a high-performing marketing organization. You’ll play a key role in keeping programs running smoothly behind the scenes, with a strong focus on budget tracking, purchase order processes, and operational coordination.
This global position spans multiple sectors including K–12, HED, and workplace and involves close collaboration with a diverse team of channel marketing, brand, campaign, communications, and digital professionals. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, organized, resourceful, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven team that values precision, agility, and teamwork.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking marketing budgets and spending across campaigns and initiatives.
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis.
- Manage purchase order (PO) creation, processing, and reconciliation.
- Initiate and track POs, ensuring timely processing, alignment, and reconciliation with budget allocations.
- Assist Sr. Director, Global Marketing & Communications in working closely with finance, procurement, and broader marketing teams.
- Assist with reporting and analytics for campaign performance and spend
- Document, help streamline and improve internal workflows, processes and documentation for standard marketing operating procedures.
- Support vendor onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and alignment across departments.
· Liaise with finance and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations or business operations coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with marketing systems.
- Basic understanding of marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, automation tools) and data reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Base Range: $56,300- $70,400 + Bonus Eligible
