Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The Marketing Coordinator performs a wide range of marketing support and administrative functions related to the daily operations of The Little Nell’s marketing function. This position will assist with various ongoing projects and tasks pertaining to The Little Nell, as well as certain projects with the corporate Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall marketing efforts. This position reports to the Director of Field Brand Marketing, The Little Nell.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
• Support website content requests to Digital team and directly execute updates using Sitecore CMS tool, including changing menus and updating images and copy
• Update events calendars on websites and submit events to local sites
• Assist with SEO audits and updates
• Responsible for Image Relay Library organization and collection creation
• Manage video libraries on Vimeo and YouTube
• Take meeting minutes and circulate for team members
• Manage and coordinate invoice submissions, support checkbook management
• Distribute promotional materials around hotel properties and throughout Aspen and Snowmass
• Update content for Online Travel Agent sites, travel agency & tour operator sites
• Coordinate logistics for media/influencer/VIP stays and amenities with Operations
• Update Figma templates
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations
• Assist with special events as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in Marketing – internship experience considered
• Hospitality experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office – Word, PPT, Excel
• Proficient knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign and Photoshop
• Knowledge in proofing and copywriting
• Understanding of core marketing concepts and strategies, including digital, print, and social media marketing
• Compatible personality to be a contributing team player
• Strong organization, communication and project coordination skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and multi-task
• Ability to manage multiple marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimized
• Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance
• Ability to quickly adjust to new trends, projects, technologies, and changes in the market landscape
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams and present marketing materials effectively
• Fluent in English
Work Environment & Physical Demands
• Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements
• No adverse or hazardous conditions
• Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
