Who You Are

We're looking for a highly organized, technically confident, and creative Marketing Campaign Specialist to help grow the Host networks across Harvest Hosts, Boondockers Welcome, and Brit Stops.

This is a hands-on campaign execution role focused on finding and engaging prospective Hosts and helping move them through the recruiting funnel. You'll bring together creative marketing, HubSpot execution, and data to build effective campaigns as part of a collaborative team focused on growing our Host network.

What You'll Do
  • Generate & Build Prospect Audiences: Research priority industries, identify prospective Hosts, and build quality audiences through prospect sourcing, validation, and segmentation.
  • Create Campaign Content: Write compelling campaign copy, including marketing emails and sales sequences, and create polished assets in Canva such as one-pagers, case studies, sales collateral, presentations, and event materials.
  • Execute Marketing Campaigns: Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel Host recruiting campaigns across email, landing pages, direct mail, webinars, events, and emerging channels, with a focus on segmentation, personalization, testing, and deliverability.
  • Execute in HubSpot: Build and manage emails, sequences, landing pages, forms, segments, and campaign reporting in HubSpot Marketing Hub, with working knowledge of workflows and marketing automation.
  • Analyze & Improve Performance: Analyze lead generation, campaign, and funnel performance to identify trends, understand lead quality and conversion, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate & Own the Details: Partner with Account Executives and internal teams to keep campaigns moving from kickoff through launch, while managing deadlines, performing thorough QA, and proactively communicating progress and risks.

What You'll Bring
  • Hands-on experience with B2B lead generation and multi-channel marketing campaigns, including prospect research and audience building.
  • Hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience required, with experience building and executing marketing campaigns. HubSpot Marketing Hub certification is a plus.
  • Strong email marketing and writing skills, with an understanding of segmentation, testing, deliverability, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HubSpot reports and dashboards to analyze full-funnel data, identify trends, explain performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Experience using Canva to create polished, on-brand marketing and sales assets.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, with experience using Asana or a similar project management tool to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Portfolio or work samples demonstrating email marketing, campaign execution, or creative work are encouraged.

Note: This position focuses on the supply side of the Harvest Hosts network: the small businesses, attractions, and private-property Hosts where RVers stay overnight. It is not focused on D2C membership growth.

What We'll Bring
