About the Role

As Encamp’s Marketing Campaigns Specialist, you will be the execution engine for all integrated marketing campaigns, supporting the full marketing team across ABM plays, events logistics, demand generation, and campaign operations. This is a role for someone who is meticulous about the details, takes genuine pride in flawless execution, and is ready to grow their ABM and demand generation skills in a hands-on environment.

Your primary focus will be ABM execution support — helping build and maintain account lists, supporting 1:1 landing page builds, managing LinkedIn and HubSpot campaign setup, and ensuring that account-level programs run smoothly. You will also heavily support the events program on logistics and coordination, and plug in across content and product marketing campaign needs as the team requires. This role reports to the Director of Revenue Marketing.

As a Marketing Campaigns Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • ABM execution support: assist with account list research and maintenance, contact enrollment in HubSpot campaigns, LinkedIn matched audience setup, and 1:1 landing page builds. Ensure all ABM assets are live, tracked, and error-free before and after launch.
  • Campaign setup and operations: Work with our external contractors to set up email campaigns, landing pages, and workflows in HubSpot. Validate UTMs, confirm Salesforce campaign attribution, test all links and forms before launch, and maintain accurate contact enrollment across active programs.
  • LinkedIn and Google Ads support: assist with audience setup, ads and messaging, budget monitoring, and performance data pulls for active paid campaigns. Flag anomalies against benchmarks and surface them to the team proactively.
  • Events logistics support: coordinate operational aspects of webinars and field events including registration setup, vendor coordination, attendee communications, and post-event wrap-up. Support pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up nurture in Salesloft and HubSpot.
  • Demand generation support: assist with contact segmentation, list hygiene, lead scoring maintenance, and nurture campaign setup in HubSpot under the direction of the Director of Revenue Marketing.
  • Content and product marketing support: coordinate asset distribution, improve brand visibility by keeping our website and social accounts updated, assist with campaign launch checklists for product launches, and support content activation across channels as needed.
  • Reporting support: pull campaign performance data from LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and Salesforce to support weekly reporting and check-ins.
  • Marketing operations hygiene: ensure contacts are enrolled correctly, lists are accurate, UTMs are tracking, and attribution is set up properly across all active programs. Flag issues before they become problems.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience. Some exposure to ABM, demand generation, or account-based programs is strongly preferred. SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ABM concepts and execution. You understand how to construct a 1:1 landing page, how a matched audience works in LinkedIn, and why contact enrollment in Salesforce matters. You don’t need to have owned ABM strategy, but you need to know how the pieces fit together.
  • Strong attention to detail. You catch broken links, incorrect dates, missing UTMs, and wrong audience segments before they go live. You double-check your work before sharing it.
  • Strong HubSpot experience. You understand how to build emails, forms, CTAs, and lists, how to maintain data hygiene, and have set up workflows before. Experience with other tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, WordPress, Storylane, Supermetrics, Salesloft, and LLMs a strong plus.
  • Proactive communicator. You surface issues before they become problems and ask questions when something doesn’t look right. You don’t wait to be asked if something went wrong.
  • Generalist curiosity. You’re energized by the variety of working across ABM, events, demand gen, and content — and you’re willing to go wherever the team needs you most.
  • Growth mindset. You want to develop your ABM and integrated campaign skills, understand the strategy behind what you’re executing, and grow into more ownership over time.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and marketing technology. You use the tools available to work smarter and are open to learning new ways of doing things quickly.

Perks of being a happy Encamper:

  • Competitive salary and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and responsible Paid Time Off
  • A flexible, remote-first culture with an allowance to support your remote work setup
  • Share in our success - you’ll have a significant personal impact on the team and the ability to earn equity
  • Parental leave - we know how important it is to spend time with your new family!
  • Sustainable 1:1s, focused on not only your growth as an employee, but in your career
  • Get together at in-person Encamp Summits to share our wins and build community
