Today, we live in a world where everything has become convenient. Now you can get a ride anywhere, buy anything, answer any question with just a couple clicks on your phone. Convenience isn’t a luxury, it’s an expectation.

So why not renting? It’s still a chore to get utilities set up, buy renters insurance, get air filters changed, handle pest control, and more.

That’s why we’ve built the world’s first Resident Experience Platform that makes resident onboarding, resident services, and ancillary revenue effortless for property managers.

We’re passionate about turning friction into triple win experiences for residents, property managers, and investors. That way renting can be easy and rewarding for everyone.
And now you can join us. Apply today to join 200+ passionate, creative people who strive to make a difference each day so residents, property managers, and investors all win; creating the ultimate Triple Win.

We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead full-funnel campaigns that improve stage-to-stage conversion, accelerate sales velocity, and increase adoption of Second Nature’s resident experience platform. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analysis, and execution and knows how to turn warm leads into high-value customers.

Unlike traditional demand gen roles focused on volume, this one is all about conversion and impact. You’ll drive targeted campaigns that improve pipeline performance, expand customer value (ARPU), and deepen engagement with our platform. You’ll own campaign execution, nurture strategy, and performance reporting within our HubSpot instance.

You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, demand gen, RevOps, and sales to launch campaigns that directly support acquisition, onboarding, expansion, and retention..

📝 What You'll Do
  • Lead Integrated, Full-Funnel Campaigns

    • Plan and execute campaigns that support product launches, sales motions, and partner initiatives

    • Build and manage campaign calendars, briefs, and roadmaps to ensure clear alignment and timely execution

    • Translate go-to-market messaging into campaign-ready assets—marekting emails, sales emails, landing pages, live chat scripts, case studies, and more

  • Drive Conversion and Adoption

    • Launch segmented email nurtures and marketing automations that increase stage-to-stage funnel conversion and accelerate deal cycles

    • Develop lifecycle campaigns that improve interest, cross-sells, and activations across our suite of resident benefit services

    • Partner with sales and customer teams to ensure campaigns align with buyer needs and drive tangible revenue outcomes

  • Scale and Optimize Performance

    • Monitor campaign performance across the funnel and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations

    • Build standardized reporting dashboards and repeatable frameworks to scale successful motions

    • Ensure accurate attribution and data hygiene in partnership with Marketing Ops and RevOps

  • Own and Optimize HubSpot

    • Serve as the day-to-day marketing owner of our HubSpot instance—building workflows, lists, automations, forms, and emails

    • Improve segmentation and routing to better support campaign execution and sales follow-up

    • Continuously enhance the system to support evolving team needs and campaign complexity

📌 Key Competencies
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution

    • Experience leading multi-channel and email nurture campaigns that generate measurable funnel impact

    • Skilled at developing briefs, messaging frameworks, and customer journeys aligned to GTM goals

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented project manager

    • Comfortable working across teams to keep initiatives moving and aligned

  • Analytics & Optimization

    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate funnel metrics into insights

    • Familiar with building reports and dashboards that drive decision-making

  • Messaging & Audience Targeting

    • Adept at adapting messaging for segmented audiences (B2B2C) including property managers and residents

    • Skilled at turning complex offerings into concise, high-impact content that gets noticed in crowded inboxes

📌 About You
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, proptech, or a dual-audience (B2B2C) environment

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required), plus Chili Piper, Salesforce, Customer.io, and project management tools like Asana or Monday

  • Proven track record of designing, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive revenue

  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, and marketing automation best practices

  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
