Summary:

As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders, including Sales Leadership, Area Directors, and Marketing leadership. This role is responsible for managing complex scheduling and travel coordination, supporting leadership communications and reporting, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the team. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, initiative, and the ability to proactively manage competing priorities while building strong partnerships across teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and business review planning for Sales, Marketing, and MedEd leadership, including the Head of Sales and Area Directors
  • Provide expense report support for Sales and Marketing leadership and assist with MedEd and Marketing meeting card administration and reconciliation
  • Coordinate and support monthly sales reporting and communications, including Sports Reports, sales newsletters, and quarterly leadership recaps
  • Plan and execute onsite and offsite meetings, leadership events, regional meetings, celebrations, and team engagement activities
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics for Sales and Marketing leadership teams, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience
  • Oversee conference room scheduling, meeting logistics, vendor coordination, invoices, and related administrative processes to support day-to-day operations
  • Serve as a professional ambassador for the site by supporting high-profile visitors, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Provide proactive operational support, problem solving, and project coordination while supporting employee recognition, culture initiatives, and site engagement efforts

What You Need:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in an administrative/customer service position (preferred in a corporate environment)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet and Intranet, and Database (i.e., JD Edwards One World, or similar Enterprise Resource Planning system)

Preferred:

  • Associate degree in related discipline

  


$27.00 - $37.05 USD Hourly

  


Travel Percentage: 10%
