Sell Stryker foot and ankle products to surgeons and healthcare teams; serve as clinical product expert, manage OR consultations and inventory, build surgeon/hospital relationships, provide training and comply with industry/regulatory standards. Troubleshoot system issues, analyze data, lead finance business users, influence SAP solutions for Finance, ensure SOX/compliance alignment, and drive process improvements across Revenue/AR, Inventory, Service, and related areas.

As a Foot & Ankle Sales Rep, you will sell Stryker products, build surgeon relationships, manage inventory, and assist in operating rooms. Your goal is to impact lives positively through healthcare solutions.

Field-based role supporting daily onsite surgical operations: manage and troubleshoot Stryker and third-party endoscopy equipment, lead on-the-job training/onboarding, coordinate staffing, ensure compliance, record metrics, and build relationships with OR staff and hospital stakeholders. Requires flexible scheduling and frequent travel.

Senior technical contributor designing, developing, and verifying electrical and firmware components for regulated medical devices. Responsibilities include PCB bring-up, signal-level debugging, component evaluation and qualification, translating clinical/user needs into requirements, executing design changes, software development and code review, verification/validation, and producing regulatory engineering documentation while collaborating cross-functionally to drive projects and sustain product performance.

Provide intraoperative support for joint replacement procedures—both robotic (Mako) and manual—by assisting with CT-based planning, case setup, instrumentation, troubleshooting, account coordination, training, and on-call coverage to ensure safe, efficient surgical outcomes.
