Compensation: $17-$20 hourly

Schedule: Full-time, in-person position.
Occasional weekend availability is required to support dealership events and marketing initiatives.

Position Overview
The Marketing Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this position helps coordinate budgets, vendor relationships, manufacturer advertising programs, and department projects across all Durango Motor Company brands. You’ll play an important role in keeping the Marketing Department organized, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping our dealerships succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative and operational activities that keep the Marketing Department organized and running efficiently.
- Manage department invoices, budget tracking, manufacturer advertising documentation, and month-end accounting support.
- Manage sponsorship and community contribution requests, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely communication and processing.
- Coordinate vendors, radio advertising, contracts, promotional materials, and department resources.
- Assist the Marketing Manager and team with department projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong written, verbal, and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Open to learning new technology, including AI tools, to improve productivity and support daily work.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications,
- Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience in marketing, accounting, administration, or the automotive industry.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and support the team wherever needed.
