  • Improve assembly processes, tooling, fixtures, and test setups
  • Help implement engineering and manufacturing changes on the production floor
  • Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions
  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, cost, and throughput
  • Assist with production layouts, process flows, labor estimates, and capacity planning
  • Support supplier and build-to-print component issues
  • Participate in Lean and continuous-improvement activities

What You Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience, including internships or co-ops
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Comfortable working directly on the manufacturing floor
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, thermal systems, pressure systems, or industrial equipment
  • Exposure to welding, brazing, machining, piping, sheet metal, or mechanical assembly
  • Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S, or root-cause analysis
  • Experience creating work instructions or manufacturing documentation
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems

Who You Are

  • Hands-on: You like working directly with the product and the people building it.
  • Curious: You want to understand why something works and how it can be improved.
  • Practical: You look for simple, effective solutions to manufacturing problems.
  • Collaborative: You work well across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.
  • Accountable: You take ownership and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Growth-minded: You’re eager to develop your manufacturing engineering skills as the company scales.

Why Join Us

  • Work on next-generation electrified thermal systems
  • Help take new products from development into production
  • Gain hands-on experience in DFMA, manufacturing readiness, and production engineering
  • Work alongside experienced engineers, technicians, and operations leaders
  • Make a direct impact on how our products are built
  • Grow your responsibilities as our manufacturing organization scales

What Success Looks like in your first year

  • Maintain a strong hands-on presence on the manufacturing floor.
  • Quickly identify and resolve build and assembly issues.
