What You’ll Do

  • Execute Manual Testing: Conduct comprehensive manual tests across various stages of development to ensure product stability and quality.
  • Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand product requirements, features, and improvements.
  • Design and Document Test Cases: Create detailed test cases, document results, and log issues, helping maintain thorough testing documentation.
  • Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, report, and track bugs to resolution, ensuring they are properly prioritized and resolved.
  • Regression Testing: Conduct regression tests to ensure previous issues are resolved and that changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
  • User-Focused Validation: Review new features from an end-user perspective to verify they meet usability standards and requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: Strong focus on detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Curiosity and Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically, ask questions, and dive deep into issues to understand root causes.
  • Team-Oriented and Communicative: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment, providing clear feedback to team members.
  • Basic Knowledge of QA Tools and Techniques: Familiarity with common QA methodologies and tools; knowledge of testing frameworks is a plus.
  • English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) English or higher for effective communication across our global team.
  • Adaptable in a Fast-Paced Startup Environment: Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges as Wayy.co scales.
