* The Manager, Strategic Partnerships at CDW is responsible for leading enterprise initiatives that expand and optimize our ecosystem of small business and local growth partners. This role plays a critical part in supporting customer requirements, enhancing supplier engagement, and driving measurable business outcomes through inclusive and community-focused sourcing strategies. As a customer-facing leader, this individual will represent CDW's strategic partnership capabilities in client engagements, RFP responses, and program development efforts- particularly in support of customer goals around small business engagement and local economic impact. This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Program Sales, Procurement, Legal, and Marketing to ensure CDW's value proposition is clearly articulated and effectively executed.
* What you will do
* Act as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for small business and local growth partner programs- supporting both internal stakeholders and external customer inquiries.
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Program Sales to support customer opportunities and contract compliance related to small business utilization.
* Represent CDW in customer meetings, RFP discussions, and strategic planning sessions- demonstrating our ability to meet small business and local sourcing goals.
* Track and report on small business and local partner utilization, providing data-driven insights and recommendations aligned to customer and organizational objectives.
* Lead the development and delivery of reporting packages, presentations, and performance summaries for customer-facing engagements.
* Support the Director, Strategic Partnerships and the Revenue Operations team in advancing key initiatives tied to customer success and growth enablement through strategic partnerships.
* Build and maintain a robust database of qualified small and local partners that align with CDW's operational needs and customer expectations.
* Train and support internal teams on tools, processes, and messaging related to small business and local sourcing strategies.
* Coordinate and participate in external events, industry forums, and outreach programs to grow CDW's small business network and strengthen community ties.
* Ensure all partner data and reporting outputs meet CDW standards for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
* What we expect of you
* Minimum basic requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, partner management, or a related function
* Customer-facing experience, including engagement on strategic sourcing initiatives or RFPs
* Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Proven ability to analyze data, communicate insights, and deliver presentations to external stakeholders
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/reporting tools Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed

* Experience working with or supporting small businesses or local sourcing initiatives
* Familiarity with public-sector contracting or supplier-related compliance programs
