Summary:
In this role you will identify, evaluate and develop strategic partnerships to drive new sales revenue to DFIN. Responsibilities:
- Identify, profile, resarch and develop new partnership alliances to support DFIN's go to market sales strategy
- Collaborate with DFIN Partner Leadership to develop business strategy with partners and DFIN sales leadership and executives and best practices working with Partners
- Sourcing new consulting partners managing the relationships and driving new sales revenue through various partnership efforts
- Development and implementation of go to market strategies for new strategic partners, and the continuous improvement and further development of existing partners as needed
- Identify and produce high-quality leads through consistent engagements with partners including office visits, Lunch and learns, sales team training/coaching, marketing strategies, trade shows, etc.
- Build relationships with partner employees, executives, and partners to recommend DFIN to their clients
- Take ownership of follow-up and next steps to capitalize on relationships with partners
- Continued DFIN education on value drivers of partners and how they help differentiate DFIN
- Work with the DFIN product team to share partner integration opportunities and follow up to execution
- Handle issues expediently with extreme professionalism
- Coordinate internal resources to accomplish goals, enable partners, and keep partners engaged with DFIN (Sales operations, Billing, etc..)
- Inform and direct DFIN employees on strategy, tactics and skills needed to grow our presence in the partner space
- Monthly reporting of achievements, goals and areas of improvement
- Any other duties or tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in sales and business development
- Experience building strategic alliances in a B2B environment
- Experience working in the ERP/accounting/financial management domain
- Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives
- Strong attention to detail; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to run timely, accurate meetings with C-Level executives and deliver compelling presentations
- Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets
- Commitment to self-improvement and success
- Team player with a collaborative orientation
- Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in business, sales or marketing
