Summary:
Analyze SaaS Product usage and related services across DFIN clients and prepare revenue calculations for client billing. Apply knowledge of DFIN Content Management applications and Microsoft Office applications and use internal DFIN tools to produce data for accurate invoices, back-up reports, and revenue reporting.
Will coordinate with Revenue Analysis and Management team members and multiple DFIN departments to compile records of SaaS Product usage and Professional Services. Accurately define, record, and calculate amount(s) of each service and/or goods, and prepare supporting documentation of activity to be sent to Billing.

• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role or demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through 1 or more years of applicable work experience• Must work well within a team environment from remote location• Flexibility in schedule when overtime, including weekends and holidays, may be required for peak billing cycles i.e. end of calendar quarters• Minimum 1 years of experience in Microsoft Excel with preference to knowledge and application of complex Excel formulas, and macros • High-level functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows Office applications, and Adobe• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of internal contacts• Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills • Demonstrated strong organizational skills to manage multiple requirements, prioritize workload, and make adjustments to meet business needs• Ability to apply existing processes and procedures to solve problems, and receive guidance for problems that are non-routine• Ability to consistently deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance from management and peers• Ability to quickly learn specialized DFIN software related to the position

Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely, accurate, and detailed charge calculations for SaaS Product Services and other related Professional services
- Assemble itemized calculations and supporting documentation used for billing and bookkeeping purposes
- Coordinate the distribution of supporting data to Professional Services, Sales and/or Key Account Managers and Customer Success Managers for validation
- Use established standards for the creation of deals, and look for improvements to ensure billing details are uniform, itemized and easily interpreted by Billing staff
- Evaluate, adjust, or confirm instances where charges are questioned by customer and coordinate appropriate remedy with internal DFIN staff
- Track implementation progress and submit deals in accordance with contract milestones
- Record client SaaS application usage for management reporting to identify trends
- Be able to identify billing and pricing inconsistencies and bring them to the attention of Management
- Coordinate with Product Implementation and Support Teams to obtain information related to customer accounts and activities
- Participate in regular development and training opportunities
- Perform other related duties, and participates in special projects, as assigned
