Job Summary:
As Senior Director of Sales Operations, Americas, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales processes, enhancing productivity and driving strategic initiatives that support our growth targets. You will be a part of a team of sales operations professionals who collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales metrics, operational efficiencies and customer engagement and fosters a culture of collaboration and communication within the sales organization and across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the VP of Global Sales Operations and SVP of Sales Americas to develop and execute the Americas sales operations strategy that aligns with Delinea’s overall business objectives.

Process Optimization: Identify, design and implement streamlined sales processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the Americas sales organization.

Sales Analytics: Develop and manage key performance indicators and reporting frameworks to provide insights into sales performance, forecast accuracy and pipeline health. Utilize data analytics to drive strategic decision making and actionable insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, order management, systems and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives that drive revenue growth.

Data Quality Management: Establish and enforce data governance practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of the sales data across all platforms. Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high performing Americas sales operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools; experience with Clari is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving measurable results in a sales environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting sales teams and driving operational excellence.
