As the Manager of Sales for our Enterprise team which sells to customers $1B+ in net revenue, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals who are focused on selling our innovative software solutions to the world's leading brands. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to maximize market penetration and increase customer acquisition. Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects. Understand their business needs and pain points, and position our BRB order-to-cash software and digital payments solutions as the ideal solution to address those needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Leverage this knowledge to develop strategies and tactics that differentiate our offerings and position us as the preferred choice in the market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and synergy in delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions. Experience in the order-to-cash or financial technology industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, driving them towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong coaching and mentoring skills are essential.
- Deep understanding of the order-to-cash process and digital payments landscape. Familiarity with the challenges faced by organizations transitioning from paper-based processes to electronic billing and payments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customers' business objectives and pain points. Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches is preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. A track record of building and managing a high-performing sales team is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate complex software solutions to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools is preferred.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Willingness to support and contribute to the success of the broader organization.
The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
