What you’ll be doing:

  • Full Funnel Holistic Media Planning, Reporting & Execution – Stewards the full funnel brief process with the Growth Marketing Director, Olly team, Shopper marketing and Hub peers, delivering holistic full funnel learning plans for campaigns with aligned KPIs and optimization cadence across channels and stages in funnel.

  • Consults and supports the Growth Marketing Director as the subject matter expert on the paid media strategy.

  • Responsible for UL meetings, updates and reporting (including presentations), to manage UL expectations.

  • Reporting & Analysis – Responsible for developing and maintaining reporting and analysis of paid media.

  • Performance Marketing – Drive iterative performance optimization cadence in partnership with agency, media, audience, content and measurement partners to dynamically improve performance across the funnel by optimizing the quality of mix, targeting and allocation of investment.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience across the Marketing, Digital or eCommerce landscape

  • Strong business and analytical acumen

  • Leading knowledge and track record of success with data driven marketing

  • Ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver complex, inter-disciplinary, Digital projects

  • Strong influencing capability and emotional intelligence

  • Resolve and commitment to deliver with accountability and responsibility

The hiring salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
