Progyny is looking for a Manager, Demand Generation and Performance Marketing to support our digital marketing team. This position will support broader organizational goals by driving pipeline growth and stage movement through integrated campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and adept at cross-functional collaboration, with a strong analytical mindset to continually optimize marketing efforts.
What you’ll do…
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work with our digital marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and other platforms to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute personalized ABM programs targeting key accounts, leveraging insights to tailor messaging and outreach strategies.
Salesforce & Marketing Automation: Work closely with digital marketing team to manage and optimize Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Account Engagement) to ensure effective lead scoring, nurturing, and seamless handoff to sales teams.
Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, utilizing data to inform decisions and improve ROI. Work with VP, Digital Marketing to effectively communicate those metrics to the sales team and broader leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, and other stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Content Development: Collaborate with content teams to create compelling materials that support demand generation efforts, including whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
Monitor market trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance demand generation strategies.
About you...
5+ years of demand generation/lead generation marketing experience, healthcare benefits experience is preferred but not required.
Experience with all aspects of campaign creation – from strategy ideation to execution to reporting.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including, but not limited to, paid media platforms, social media channels, email marketing platforms and social listening platforms. Experience with Salesforce and Pardot are a plus.
Proven track-record of digital optimizations across the lifecycle of a campaign.
Results-oriented, with the ability to read data and allow it to drive decision-making.
Effective communications skills, both written and oral.
Must be able to develop strong cross functional relationships and be able to effectively communicate to both internal and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills, with an ability to drive creative and technical aspects while maintaining project momentum.
Ability to effectively collaborate across an internal team and multiple stakeholder teams.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $95,000 - $105,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
