Amex GBT is a place where colleagues find inspiration in travel as a force for good and – through their work – can make an impact on our industry. We’re here to help our colleagues achieve success and offer an inclusive and collaborative culture where your voice is valued.

We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Leader of Partner Operations to bridge the gap between alliance strategy and revenue execution. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating our vendor management ecosystem, establishing robust data management infrastructures, and building the engine that drives high-converting co-sell plays with our stategic partners.

The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of relationship management diplomacy, meticulous data governance skills, and a deep understanding of B2B co-sell mechanics. You will turn data into a revenue multiplier while keeping our complex network of software, hardware, and service vendors operating securely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Co-Sell Mechanics: Design, build, and optimize end-to-end co-sell pipeline workflows within PartnerTap
  • Account Mapping Strategy: Lead automated cross-mapping strategies between our internal CRM (Salesforce) and partner systems to proactively identify pipeline expansion opportunities.
  • Playbook Development: Formulate repeatable "co-sell plays" based on industry verticals and historical wins. Provide account executives with curated data packages (intent signals, buyer personas, partner alignment maps) to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Data Integrity Architecture: Own the single source of truth for the partner and vendor ecosystem. Supervise clean data ingestion, deduplication, and classification methodologies.
  • Compliance & Data Privacy: Enforce rigorous data security policies governing how proprietary pipeline data is shared externally with partners.
  • Systems Integration: Partner with SalesOps and IT to integrate data governance tooling across CRMs, partner portals, and third-party data intent engines
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build comprehensive dashboards mapping co-sell pipelines, partner source/influence revenue, attribution, and program ROI for executive presentations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Co-Sell Expertise; Proven track record working with modern partner-to-partner account mapping platforms
  • Technical Data Proficiency: High data literacy. Proficient in Salesforce CRM, advanced Excel, database visualization (Tableau, PowerBI), and modern data enrichment stacks.
  • Project Management: Superior ability to lead cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, verbal, and written presentation skills.
