Job Description:
We are looking for a Manager, Paid Social to join our amazing team!
This role is responsible for the implementation and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, among other platforms. You will maintain, develops, and exceed performance targets for the brand, and be charged with gathering data from social platforms and distilling it into actionable insights.
This role is client-facing, will involve strategic planning and executional leadership, own full-funnel projects, steward paid social budgets, and manage an associate.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-funnel projects from start to finish, while coming up with creative ways to advance the brand through paid social
Provide accurate client communication that details performance and return on investment via regular campaign reporting and analysis
Oversee large paid social budgets through daily pacing reports and campaign optimizations
Facilitate meetings, communicate with vendors, and participate in QBRs as needed
Drive effective client services and client relationships through accurate and timely communication
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and key paid social partners to nurture performance growth
Review and manage client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
Provide day to day implementation, optimization and execution of client campaigns through direct input and supervising junior staff
Liaises with vendors and third-party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
Interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives
Coach and develop junior staff by supervising and providing QA on their projects and day to day activities
Plan paid social campaigns via regular tactical recommendations for clients that include strategic social media investment across partners
Work with platform partners to facilitate media plan proposals, campaign measurement, and custom media activations
Maintain brand safety, suitability, and viewability metrics across all activations
Qualifications:
3-4 years’ experience working in Ads Manager in several social channels such as, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit Snapchat, Tik Tok, Twitter, Pinterest etc.
Experience working at an advertising or digital marketing agency
2+ year experience setting up and tracking paid social campaigns from start to completion
Solid understanding of media technologies and emerging trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills including written and verbal
Strong analytical skills. Must be able to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data
Excellent knowledge of the digital media landscape for both branding and direct response campaigns
Ability to work independently as well as work in a team in a collaborative, problem-solving environment
Experience working with influencers, creator/content partners
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables)
Detailed knowledge of paid social marketing techniques and platform buying tools
Ability to manipulate, analyze and interpret large quantities of data
Must be eager and willing to learn, with exemplary attention to detail, with advanced experience in reporting and campaign builds

Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
