MANAGER - MANUFACTURING DIGITAL TWIN
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading digital twin initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Design and implement digital twin frameworks that integrate real-time data, predictive analytics, and simulation technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to simulate and optimize manufacturing workflows, reduce downtime, and improve throughput
- Collaborate with process engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital and physical systems
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends in digital twin technology and developing ZS points of view and reusable assets.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Develop roadmaps, implementation strategies, and digital transformation plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
- 7+ years' experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality or digital twin solution capabilities
- Experience with data integration platforms, cloud computing, and real-time analytics.
- Experience with factory automation, robotics simulation, and virtual commissioning.
- Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge.
- Ability to lead a global team of technical professionals across multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and high level of motivation.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Additional Skills
- Experience working (directly or via consulting roles) with manufacturing or biopharma organizations, leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with process simulation, 3D asset modeling, factory commissioning, and operational optimization.
- Expertise in NVIDIA Omniverse, including Nucleus server setup, USD Composer/View, and OpenUSD standards.
- Knowledge of USD workflows and CAD/PLM connectors (Siemens NX, Dassault Systèmes, Autodesk Revit/SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
- Background in 3D scene optimization, physics-based modeling, and simulation workflows.
- Familiarity with MES, SCADA, ERP integration for live data overlays.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11) and GxP validation
