What you can expect
Lead a team of Localization professionals and own the end-to-end localization program to ensure high-quality, timely delivery across markets. You’ll shape market-specific localization strategies that improve international customer experience and growth, partnering closely with Online, Product, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure every customer touchpoint feels locally relevant.
About the Team
You’ll join a cross-functional group focused on delivering localized customer experiences that support international growth. The team partners closely with Product, Online, Marketing, and regional stakeholders across time zones to prioritize the right work, drive quality, and scale localization impact.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing project execution across products or content areas, ensuring quality, timeliness, and resource efficiency.
- Ensuring sales flows, landing pages, and user touchpoints reflect local languages, norms, and value propositions.
- Identifying localization gaps across the customer journey and advocating for product or messaging adjustments to improve engagement and retention.
- Managing and supporting a team of localization managers and/or coordinators, including goal-setting and performance reviews.
- Being the connective tissue between enterprise marketing, sales ops, localization, regional teams, and product stakeholders, with the ability to work across timezones including EMEA and APAC.
- Influencing global priorities by advocating for market-specific needs backed by data and customer insight.
- Using market data and user research to identify performance bottlenecks and opportunities by region.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of localized programs and effectively adapting plans based on performance, optimizing complex enterprise software configurations, troubleshooting advanced issues, and guiding system improvements.
What we’re looking for
- Hold a Bachelor’s in Localization, Business, International Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Bring 8+ years of experience in localization or international operations and 3+ years of people management experience, ideally leading distributed teams.
- Demonstrate knowledge of localization, internationalization, and international go-to-market planning.
- Show cross-functional leadership and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and scale high-performing teams.
- Demonstrate cross-cultural fluency and comfort working across regions and time zones.
- Speak an additional language beyond English is beneficial; Mandarin or Portuguese are especially valuable
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$97.600,00Maximum:
$225.700,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
