The Manager, Learning Operations leads a team of administrators in Wisdom’s Learning Center of Excellence (CoE). The Manager leads the coordination of learning delivery services through centralized planning scheduling, enrollments, logistics, communications, and coordination. The Manager owns the standards, processes, and templates for the master calendar, communications, venue contracting, and budget for CoE programs. They also manage the in-take, prioritization, and process adherence to the StarLearning training content upload process, quality assurance of content, and applying the standardized data taxonomy for content structure and tagging.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.

Oversee the Learning Operations team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of physical and digital logistics planning and execution for learning programs. Ensure logistical quality and standards of in-person and virtual programs.

2.

Manage capacity and performance of Learning Operations team resources to fulfill logistical and communication needs for program delivery.

3.

Own centralized standards, processes, and templates for master delivery calendar, communications, venue contracting, and budgeting for CoE programs.

4.

Manage in-take, prioritization, and process adherence for StarLearning administration related to content testing, quality assurance, upload, and assignments.

6.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

4-6 years

Bachelor's Degree required

Master's Degree preferred

4+ years’ experience in learning & development, process management, event planning, or related field required.

Proficiency in a Learning Management System (e.g. Cornerstone on Demand) preferred.

Salary/ Wage Range

$82,000.00 - $121,000.00 / year
