Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the intake, organization, and distribution of communications for retail partners by collaborating with subject matter experts and coordinating executive-level reviews
  • Ensure all communications to retailers, in-store advocates, and internal teams align with brand standards, maintain messaging accuracy, and are delivered clearly to maximize engagement and understanding
  • Maintain and regularly update distribution lists to ensure accurate and timely delivery of communications to all retail partners
  • Leverage insights and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the clarity, effectiveness, and impact of retailer communications
  • Manage the writing and editing of scripts for video messages and announcements targeted to the field, ensuring messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with communication goals
  • Provide ongoing development, coaching, and mentorship to communication specialists to enhance writing quality, strategic thinking, and execution aligned with brand and business objectives

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including supervisory/management responsibilities and/or people development training
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Strong knowledge of advanced training methodologies, adult learning theory, and training evaluation processes is preferred
  • Proven ability to effectively manage, coach, and develop teams to drive performance and engagement
    Demonstrated success in leading training program communications across multiple levels of the organization
  • Experience in executing training strategies with consistency, clarity, and alignment to business objectives

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for clarity, tone, grammar, and brand alignment
  • Content Development : Proficiency in drafting and editing various content types, including business communications and internal updates
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Ability to work cross-functionally with subject matter experts, executives, and internal teams to gather input and align messaging
  • Project & Process Management : Skilled in managing communication workflows, reviews, approvals, and distribution lists with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Coaching & Team Development : Experience in mentoring communication professionals, providing feedback, and supporting skill development to drive team growth
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to apply audience insights and feedback to continuously refine communication strategies for impact and engagement
  • Brand Stewardship : Understanding of brand voice and guidelines, with the ability to ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with communication platforms (e.g., email marketing tools, intranet systems, LMS), and basic video scripting/editing tools is a plus
  • Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, multiple stakeholders, and tight timelines

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
