Primary Job Responsibilities

The Investor Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with investors, equity sources, consultants and other stakeholders. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and a passion for delivering exceptional investor experience. The specialist effectively promotes our real estate investment opportunities and raises capital through creative and diverse fundraising initiatives. This role is for someone who enjoys being challenged and will thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Investor Communication:

  • Assist in the creation of an investment thesis that articulates Grand Peaks story and value proposition.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive investor communication strategies, including quarterly and annual reports, press releases, and investor presentations.
  • Develop and oversee and outreach program for existing investors and future investors.
  • Manage investor inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and informative responses.
  • Organize and conduct investor roadshows, and other investor events.
  • Participate in all calls with investors, potential investors, and consultants.

Investor Relations Strategy:

  • Develop and implement investor relations strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Proactively address investor concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Public Relations:

  • Oversee in conjunction with the marketing department, the company's public relations efforts related to investor relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA degree is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or a similar role.
  • Superior analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills, including understanding of key business drivers.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willing to travel, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to investor relations.

Compensation:

  • $120k - $180k annually + bonuses
