Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

o   Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise risk management framework, policies, and procedures.

o   Facilitate risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring activities across various business units, teams, and initiatives

o   Maintain the enterprise risk register and synthesize risk data to produce actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting for executive leadership.

Third-Party Risk Management

o   Lead and execute the third-party risk management program, focusing heavily on risk assessments, escalation protocol, system integrations, and ongoing monitoring.

o   Evaluate third-party vendor dependencies and operational vulnerabilities, ensuring external partners meet internal risk appetite and compliance standards.

o   Coordinate and facilitate incident response and remediation efforts related to third-party risk events, ensuring timely communication and resolution.

Strategic Contract Oversight

o   Manage the oversight of highly regulated government and strategic enterprise contracts, ensuring strict adherence to complex contractual requirements and regulatory guidelines.

o   Drive long-term compliance of operational components related to these federal or large-scale contracts, conducting regular risk assessments and compliance reviews.

o   Serve as the primary liaison between operations, legal, and compliance teams to resolve contract-related risks, audit findings, and operational inquiries.

Project Management

o   Apply strong project management principles to lead cross-functional risk, resilience, and compliance initiatives from inception to successful completion.

o   Ensure project milestones related to risk mitigation and compliance remediation are tracked, reported, and achieved on time.

Leadership & Collaboration

o   Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk analysts and professionals.

o   Foster a culture of risk-awareness and compliance through education, communication, and cross-functional engagement across the organization.

o   Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
