You will lead efforts to improve performance, observability, and overall engineering health across both iOS and Android.
- Champion Testing + Quality: Own the implementation of end-to-end test automation for mobile, including regression coverage of key user flows (onboarding, programming, configuration, etc.). Drive best practices in testing, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Serve as a primary liaison between Mobile Engineering and Product, UX/UI, QA, Growth, and other stakeholders. Ensure cohesive feature definition and delivery across Training, Community, and Growth product areas.
- Set Standards + Operational Excellence: Establish and improve mobile engineering standards related to logging, monitoring, performance, release practices, and stability. Drive a culture of high ownership and technical excellence.
