About the Role

The Manager, Digital Campaign Operations (Internal title: Manager, Integrated Marketing) is responsible for coordinating and driving the successful execution of Covenant House International’s digital fundraising and marketing campaigns. You will serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external agency partners, ensuring that campaigns move efficiently from planning through deployment, while remaining aligned with strategy, budgets, timelines, and organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate combines strong project and campaign management skills with a solid understanding of fundraising and digital marketing. They will help translate strategic priorities into well coordinated, data informed campaigns that support donor acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.

Reporting to the AVP, Integrated Marketing, you will help advance a fully integrated, audience-based, omni-channel program focused on brand engagement and revenue generation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manage the daily operation and deployments of CHI’s digital footprint in partnership with agency partners including but not limited to Asana management, content stewardship and overall project management of campaign life cycles

  • Contribute to and help shape annual strategies for expansion of constituent base to maximize revenue and file growth in the digital space across the organization

  • Maintain relevant revenue and expense budget trackers for all digital programs

Audience Development

  • Assist in the deployment of segment-specific donor journeys and maintains internal documentation of all donor journeys

  • Help deploy overall response to emergent fundraising opportunities and crises, pivoting operations as needed to ensure that the department conducts effective rapid response marketing and fundraising

  • Research and propose innovative approaches and investments for testing consideration, and maintain archive of pilot testing KPIs

Channel Integration

  • Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns via all relevant communication channels.

  • Serve as CHI project manager for all digital campaigns deployed

  • Prioritize integrated cross-channel communication by following departmental annual plan and budget constraints, and responding to emergent needs as required

  • Work closely with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of new donor and lead on-boarding and conversion programs

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Familiarity with all aspects of fundraising principles and practices; knowledge of annual giving/direct mail, print production, telemarketing, digital marketing, joint allocation of funds, and basic analytical principles

  • Ability to partner with teams to facilitate quantitative, data‑driven approaches, including comfort with in‑depth fundraising data, reporting, budgets, and forecasting

  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills

  • Commitment to goal attainment, high initiative, and the ability to motivate and engage donors.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, while also being an effective team player

  • Ability to develop and execute creative and effective solicitation strategies and generate enthusiasm for them among team members

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of project management experience in the digital space, ideally within a nonprofit organization focused on social impact, including the development and implementation of direct marketing activities

  • Experience working directly on or collaborating regularly with channel programs such as face‑to‑face, telemarketing, direct mail, and digital channels

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Diverse fundraising experience working with both mass‑market and other audiences, with a strong understanding of both one‑to‑many and high‑touch fundraising approaches

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel once per year to New York City in early October for our annual in-person traditions 

  • Ability and willingness to travel to various site and office locations up to 10-15% of the time
